JOB DETAILS:
LOCATION: KARATU -ARUSHA.
POSITION: STORE KEEPER (1 POST).
REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Attending in the morning briefing every day.
2. Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
3. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
4. Maintain and clean inside and outside of the store room.
5. Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
6. Place orders through online procurement system.
7. Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
8. Inventory and stock taking of various stores.
9. Spot inventories in outlets at least once a month.
10. Assist to cost controller.
11. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
12. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.

Education and Qualification.
• Must have diploma or degree in store management.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience especially in the Lodge.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Must have knowledge of computer.

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Associate Degree
