JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview
• Able to install, configure, service and maintain IT software systems
• Able to work with Databases such as (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Able to work with report designers and customizations
• Able to program integrations between various software platforms
• Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions for restoration
• Evaluate and resolve customer software problems
• Maintain good customer relationship
Minimum Requirement
• 2 years, IT experience with ERP's, Payroll, HRM, POS Systems
• Exceptional organizing and time management skills
• Degree or Relevant certificates on defined fields
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
