About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sales and marketing of pads and baby diapers, with a deep understanding of the Dar es Salaam market. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing strategies to increase market share, and managing relationships with key distributors and customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading consumer goods brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales operations for pads and baby diapers in Dar es Salaam.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of promotional activities with sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record in the pads and baby diapers industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Dar es Salaam market, including customer preferences, key distributors, and retail networks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Age range: 25-35 years.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be based in Dar es Salaam.
- Experience in sales and marketing of hygiene products (pads, baby diapers) in the local market is a must.
