JOB DETAILS:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and expand the customer base in the logistics sector.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
3. Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their logistics needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
4. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring clarity and precision.
5. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales quotas.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics to effectively communicate the benefits of the company's services.
8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven I to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics sector.
3. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
