REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR MIDLINE EVALUATION

The Trustees of Tanganyika Christian Refugee Service is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants/consultancy firms to conduct the midline evaluation for the Inclusive Community Resilience project (TZK001) funded by FELM. The evaluation aims to assess progress against the project’s objectives, focusing on the effectiveness, efficiency, and inclusivity of interventions. It will provide insights into project achievements at the community level, identify gaps and lessons learned, and offer recommendations and best practices for enhancing the project toward its final stages. The Inclusive Community Resilience project (TZK001) began in 2022, operating across 45 villages—15 in Kilwa, 15 in Morogoro, and 15 in Kishapu.
