JOB DETAILS:
The Quality Assurance — Microfinance Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality control processes within the microfinance products. This role ensures that all financial products, services, and operations meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality improvement initiatives, evaluate customer feedback, and ensure the efficiency of delivery service.

Key responsibilities:
• Pre and post disbursement visitation of selected number of customers
• Control migration of Microfinance Loan Products to NPL
• Recovery of Nonperforming Loans (NPL) of Microfinance Loans witha target to reduce
NPL ratio by 1% Training on Loan Monitoring and Recovery of Microfinance Loans
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by higher authority

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Holder of bachelor’s degree in business related Degree with at least 5 years work experience in Credit Administration Function. Experience in IFRS 9, Bankers Ream as a Core Banking System, knowledge of Bank products and master’s degree will be an added advantage.
