Job Summary:
EACOP is a 1,443km crude oil export pipeline that will transport Uganda’s crude oil from Kabaale – Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula near Tanga port in Tanzania.
Worley will support EACOP partners led by international French company, through the execution of the project. Maintain the timely and accurate uploading of EPcMC and Level 1 Contractors’ data onto the LCRP. Role holder reports to the EPcmC Local Content / National Content Manager (LC/NC Mgr).

Required Competencies
• To collect, collate and analyse EPcmC Local Content data (including data from EPcmC sub-contractors from the Tanzania operations for uploading to the cloud based LCRP. This critical task will require liaison with the EPcmC Project Controls team in London.
• To monitor the timely uploading of Level 1 contractors’ Local Content data to the cloud based LCRP and sense check data and report anomalies to the EACOP LC/NC Team.
• To liaise with the EACOP NC/LC Reporting team to assure timely submissions to the authorities.
• To report to the EPcmC LC/NC Mgr. on all matters concerning EPcmC and sub-contractors’ data and to assist LC/NC Mgr. to liaise with EWURA.
• Additional reporting related tasks as deemed required by the EPcmC LC/NC Mgr.

Qualifications and Experience Required
• Science or engineering degree/diploma or equivalent OR
• Verifiable experience of operating a similar cloud-based data collection and reporting application.
• Excellent communication and computer skills
