JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview.
This role is based on ensuring the successful technically achievement of palm oil project activities, manage project schedules, support operational capacity and develop plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies for strong execution and continuous improvement of palm oil operations project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Control, register and document from contract Management of design phase: Deliver specified transition requirements following the acquisition of new contracts to ensure successful and seamless integration of the palm oil operation.
• Support quality technically suppliers of project for engineer. Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.
• Support operational capacity of local suppliers: Ensure that the quality and quantity of the materials provided by the vendors, comply with the requested specifications and record the received quantities.
• Support local contacts negotiation: Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options for the palm oil operations.
• Validate ongoing supplier’s documentation: Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data supporting palm oil operations.
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies: Develop planning mechanism to ensure an efficient and effective achievements of the project objectives, and the key project indicators and meeting project deadlines.
• Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required by the organization.

Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in the related field. Masters will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 4 – 5 years of similar or related work experience, specifically in project technician operations (with a focus on palm oil processing).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use logical or scientific thinking to solve complex problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
