JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview.
This role involves establishing project plans, tasks, resources, and collection of data to execute and optimize palm oil project operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to integrate design of agronomical, mill and facilities of palm project management.
• Coordinate and lead the team and suppliers to guarantee the palm oil project execution.
• Responsible for qualifying technically suppliers of Mills, facilities and industrial equipment ensuring the Palm oil project activities run smooth.
• Manage locally all the contracts for Palm oil project execution.
• Support collection of data for drainage, irrigation and facilities.
• Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required by the organization.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor Degree in the related field. Masters will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 4 – 5 years of similar or related work experience, specifically in project operations (with a focus on palm oil processing).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use logical or scientific thinking to solve complex problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
