Job Summary
• The Production Supervisor role is an important part of the production function to ensure that the production is conducted in an efficient and effective manner.

Job Duties
• To supervise and control the quality of the production and packaging process
• To supervise the production team
• To record the changes in inventory
• To record and organize production data
• To prepare production reports
• To report production and inventory information to the senior management
• Other related duties given by the senior management

Candidate Requirements
• Advance skills in Microsoft Software
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a supervisory role
• Good mathematical skills
• Good Teamwork and leadership skills
• Qualification in Higher Education (Diploma, Degree, etc. in Business Management or other related field)
• Proficiency in English and Swahili
