Porter
Front Office / Guest Services
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests and visitors with luggage and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies and public areas.
- Support reception and general operational activities.
- Transport office equipment and supplies safely within the facility.
- Report suspicious activities or safety concerns to management.
Qualification
- Form Four Certificate (Ordinary Level Secondary Education).
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience. Attendance of security training or JKT (Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa) is required.
Language
- Good communication skills. English an advantage.
Remuneration
- Competitive remuneration depending on experience
