Job Description Our Client, a Manufacturing Company is looking for a qualified Chief Accountant to support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
Responsibilities; • Ensure timely bank payments.
• Handling of petty cash.
• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (VAT).
• Manage accounting transactions (Data Entry) in Accounting System.
• Prepare Financial reports i.e., Cash flow Statement Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
• Information management ( document scanning, Filling & Photocopy).
• Preparation of Tax invoice (EFD)
• Supplier/Customer statements reconciliation.
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Planning and budgeting daily (Cash flow)
• Posting of sales records, purchases records, expenses records and stocks.
• Reconciliation of ledger accounts, debtors & creditors accounts, stocks.
• Preparation of WCF/PAYEE/SDL/Corporate Tax/NSSF and other returns thereof prior to deadline.
• Collaborating with Auditors as well as TRA officers during the Audit period.
• Preparations of daily & monthly accounts report.
• Handling any other miscellaneous works that are assigned by the HOD.
Requirements • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
• CPA/ACCA will be an added advantage.
• Proven Working experience as an Accountant.
• 2+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Hands-on experience in accounting software e.g., ERP, TALLY etc.
Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose
Provide secretarial services and administrative support to enhance the smooth running of the central office.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from staff, parents, and students coming to the administration department and guide them to the appropriate department.
• Manage appointments for parents with DoS and Assisting the DoS and other Department Heads with tasks as needed.
• Typing out of official letters, updating the files and maintaining records.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Managing meetings and making necessary preparations as required.
• Coordinating internal and external correspondence and communication
• Communicating SLT meeting notice as per calendar and maintain attendance records and minutes of these meetings.
• Handling stocks orders and dispatch of office stationery, support staff uniforms, security, drivers and any other materials managed centrally.
• Process timely Work Permits / Teaching License for expatriate staff across campuses and maintain updated records. Ensure timely submission of Work Permit records as required by the Immigration.
• Consolidate reports from HR / OPM / Academics / Marketing / QM / IT; submit to DoS for Board meetings / bi-annual report / AFED.
• Maintain updated contracts for canteens, bookshop and other vendors.
• Arrange accommodation for invited guests, trainers and facilitators.
• Reporting on a weekly basis to the DOS, or as advised by the DOS.
• Communicate Press Releases and other forms of communication to stakeholders, Mosque noticeboard and the internal staff.
• Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Diploma in Executive Secretarial Services or equivalent.
• Certificate in Graphic Designing (as an added advantage).
• Computer Literacy.
• Minimum two years’ experience in an Admin role.
Social Media/Marketing Executive

Our Client, Oil and Lubricant Company is looking for qualified Social Media/Marketing Executive to manage social media channels such as Instagram, facebook. LinkedIn etc to build an audience and ensure customer engagement and coordinate marketing campaigns through the year. He/She will promote and strengthen an organization’s brand(s) using social media platforms.
Responsibilities;
• Organize marketing materials.
• Organize marketing designs for corporate posters/flyers/promos.
• Coordinate and organize all rally related promos and events.
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.

Our Client, Oil and Lubricants Company is looking for a qualified Sales Engineer to manage the selling of the complex scientific and technological products. He/she will be responsible with maintaining extensive knowledge of the products, functions and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the Clients’ needs.
Responsibilities;
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
• Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Coordinating with our production team as well as our other companies to provide technical know-how and support to sales and management team.
• Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
Requirements
• Should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales and the technology field.
• Preferably with Heavy Earth Moving Equipment experience and/or lubricant experience.
• We are leaning more towards a technical support person than a sales focused person.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer.
