Mission
Maintaining the reliability and functionality of Epiroc's exploration machinery, supporting both the company's service standards and the client's operational success.
Core responsibilities
1. Service Management:
• Lead the team in providing effective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for exploration
• equipment.
• Develop service schedules, ensuring equipment is regularly inspected, serviced, and
• repaired to reduce downtime.
2. Technical Support:
• Offer hands-on technical support to troubleshoot issues, including diagnostics and problem
resolution.
• Collaborate with equipment operators to provide guidance and ensure they understand
proper handling and usage of machinery.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service needs, maintaining strong
• relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and address any concerns proactively.
4. Training and Development:
• Train service technicians on Epiroc equipment and best practices for maintenance and
repair.
• Keep the team updated on the latest advancements in Epiroc technology and industry
standards.
5. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all work complies with Epiroc safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety audits and implement measures to improve workplace safety and
environmental responsibility.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain records of service activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and
inventory of parts.
• Provide regular reports to management on service metrics, equipment performance, and
customer satisfaction levels.
Competences, skills and experience
• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Epiroc's exploration equipment and the mechanics of drilling and mining machinery.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflict, and drive performance improvements.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary for customer interaction and team coordination.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with an eye for detail.
