Our mission is to improve health and well-being through natural, nutrient-rich products, while empowering coastal communities through sustainable practices. We work directly with local women to convert raw seaweed into high-value health products such as sea moss gels, powders, and supplements. Our products are sold to consumers, retail shops, and pharmacies, both locally and internationally. Care Cove is committed to promoting natural health, sustainability, and community impact.

Position 2: Nutritionist and Quality-Checking Intern
We are seeking a Nutritionist and Quality-Checking Intern with a certification in nutrition. This intern will support our quality assurance and product development efforts.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A certificate in Nutrition from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, food safety standards, and nutrition guidelines.
• Experience in monitoring product quality during production.
• Ability to assess the nutritional value of food products and recommend improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and report findings.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive attitude towards ensuring high product standards.
• Ability to write detailed reports on quality assessments and nutritional content.
