JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To do all the medical work in the hospital related to various diseases in the respective fields.
• Teaching students in health colleges in his area of work.
• Investigating, monitoring and preventing disease outbreaks.
• To prepare the self-development education of health workers.
• To teach and direct the employees under him.
• Supervising the employees under him Designing.
• to conduct and evaluate the research and disseminate the results.
• Designing and preparing strategies to improve the quality of service in his field.
• Providing outreach services in the region.
• Providing medical legal services
• To participate in developing and managing the implementation of Government Policies and Programs on health.
• To advise the ministry on the operation of health activities in the country.
• Participating in the medical board committee for 2 retiring employees for health problems.
• To prepare curricula for self-development education of health workers.
• Prepare plans and budget estimates for health services.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employment with a Master's Degree or PhD in the field of Gynecology from universities recognized by the Government. Be registered with the Council of Tanganyika Doctors.
