We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lodge Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding service and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Position Overview: As the Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring a high standard of service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement and enforce lodge policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local area attractions and activities is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
