1. The Mbozi Coffee Curing Company Limited (MCC Co Ltd) has set aside funds for the provision and supply of various goods and services during the financial year 2024/2025. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for tender is issued. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation as indicated in the following tabulation.

2. Tender will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Procurement Management Unit (PMU), P.o. Box 291, Mbozi District in Songwe Region from 13m April 2024 to 28in June 2024 at 8:00hrs - 16:00hrs on Monday to Friday. Deadline for submission of tender documents will be on 28" June 2024 at 11:00Hrs. Opening ceremony will therefore start on 28h June 2024 at 12:00Hrs the same day of opening ceremony.

Upon collection of bid documents at PMU office, a non-refundable payments of Tanzania shillings one hundred fifty thousand only (150,000/=) will be paid via our bank accounts named MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LTD account No. 01J1065190000 CRDB MBOZI BRANCH or account No. 61203500001 NMB MBOZI BRANCH.
