World Vision Tanzania invites tenders from eligible bidders; reputable and registered contractors to bid for Driling Borehalls and pump Test as described in the table below:

LOT 01: Drilling and construction of borehole and pump test

How to Apply:

Interested, eligible bidders should request electronic tender document via email to tzao_tenders@wvi.org upon presentation of a request letter dully stating the company name and tender applied for and sending original Bank deposit slip for a non-refundable fee of Tsh. 50,000 (Tsh. Fifty Thousand only), deposited with our bank accounts details below;

The same email address will confirm receipt and send you the respective bid documents through Coupa Provision system within 24 hours.

Submittion of bids is strictly through online COUPA system. No emailed soft copies neither physical hard copies will be accepted.

Upon sending your email indicate tender number and company name on the email subject.

Bids shall be submitted to be received on or before 18th September, 2024 at 11:00hrs. Bids sent after the closing date will not be Accepted as the system will automatically close and wont allow for submission

Tenders will be opened immediately on the same bid closing day and time in the presence of bidders or representatives who wish to witness the opening via online platform ZOOM link that will be shared in your email prior opening time

Note that WVT is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any tender.

The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per World Vision Tanzania Procurement Guidelines.
