Responsibilities or duties
- To translate project briefs into visual concepts.
- To design a wide array of content, including logos, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, presentation decks, infographics, and website layouts.
- To build and maintain Mbeya UWSA’s visual identity.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Holders of Form IV Certificate with Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or Fine Arts.
- Applicants must be Tanzanian aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Applicants must attach an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) with reliable contacts, including postal address, email address, and telephone numbers.
- Applicants must attach certified copies of academic and professional certificates, academic transcripts, and birth certificates.
- Applicants must have two guarantors. Both must be Public Servants.
- Applicants must attach an introduction letter from the Village/Street Executive Officer or relevant Local Government Authority.
- Applicants must attach a copy of the National Identification Card (NIDA).
- Applicants must attach two (2) coloured passport size pictures.
- Applicants must not have been convicted by any Court of Law for criminal or disciplinary offences and must possess good conduct and acceptable moral character within the community.
- Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV and Form VI Results Slips shall not be accepted.
- All foreign academic certificates must be recognised by the relevant authorities, namely TCU, NECTA, or NACTVET.
Experience needed
- At least 1 year of practical experience in the field and successfully completed projects.
