JOB DETAILS:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Managing and motivating the staff to deliver top-tier customer service.
2. Overseeing all F&B services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and facility maintenance.
3. Maintaining guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints properly.
4. Monitoring and managing service standards to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
5. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers and managing inventory of all food, beverage, and other supplies.
6. Ensuring that all interactions with guests reflect the high standards of the establishment.
7. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction, inclusive of staff schedules.
8. Monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and controlling costs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
9. Handling financial transactions, billing, and reporting.
10. Conducting daily staff meetings and monthly staff t raining and development.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution in hospitality or other related areas.
2. A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a reputable 5-star establishment.
3. Good command of English and Swahili, other languages are an added benefit.
4. Good PR skills and ability to communicate diplomatically with people from various cultural backgrounds.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills & abilities.
6. Proactive in thinking and ability to multi-task and handle unexpected issues efficiently and promptly with diplomacy.
7. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work night shifts and day shifts.
9. Great basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
10. Proficiency with credit card machines.
11. Relevant certifications in food and beverage management or hospitality would be an added advantage.
