JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Female Accountant (1post)
Females aged between 19 -24 years. fluent in English & Kiswahili.
Should Reside in Arusha.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare tax returns and maintain communication with tax authorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Perform internal controls and reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues from various departments regarding financial matters.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Adv).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
