Position Overview:
Jubaili Agrotec Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clearing and Forwarding Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics and shipping and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of goods through customs and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update the Logistics and Shipping Policy and Procedures Manual.
2. Manage shipping agreements effectively and efficiently.
3. Prepare all necessary papers and documentation required for shipping.
4. Coordinate planning days, meetings, and other events related to shipping activities.
5. Handle and prepare Clearing Reports.
6. Process Clearing Documentation and manage Clearing Agents’ invoices.
7. Follow up on the clearance and delivery of goods.
8. Monitor and follow up on transported goods regularly.
9. Ensure compliance with all legal obligations pertaining to Clearing and Shipping.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in clearing and forwarding or logistics.
3. Strong understanding of customs regulations and shipping processes.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
6. Proficient in relevant software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Background in IT is required
