JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in telecommunications. MBA is a plus.
Core Responsibilities:
• Establish communication and awareness initiatives for retail agents.
• Drive KPIs and manage retail agent segmentation.
• Coordinate channel activations and manage rewards/incentives.
Core Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
