Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To process various financial transactions.
  • To balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions.
  • To manage the petty cash transactions.
  • To provide customer assistance and respond to queries.
  • To resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • To keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • To keep all financial transactions records.
  • To perform any other duty as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Education.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role from a reputable organization.
