CSR and Community Project Manager Job Vacancy
Our client is committed to empowering communities and promoting responsible tourism. They actively engage in CSR initiatives across education, women’s empowerment, rural development, and environmental conservation.
Job Opportunity: CSR and Community Project Manager
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Industry: Tourism
Role Summary:
The Company needs a passionate and experienced CSR and Community Project Manager to develop, implement, and manage impactful community projects aligned with sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute CSR strategies focusing on education, healthcare, livelihood, and conservation.
2. Coordinate partnerships with NGOs, local communities, and stakeholders. iii. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with sustainability targets.
iv. Manage budgets, fundraising, and impact reporting.
3. Facilitate staff engagement in volunteering and CSR activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Project Management, or related field.
ii. Proven experience in CSR, project management, and community development.
iii. Strong leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills.
iv. Passion for sustainable tourism and community empowerment.
v. Fluent in English; knowledge of Swahili is a plus.
