Barman
Reporting to Lodge Manager
Station: Serengeti Ark Safari Lodge in Serengeti
Reporting to Lodge Manager

Position Summary
1. The Barman oversees the outlets of bar operations and other bartender work to ensure that they provide a positive guest experience
2. He / she ensures the smooth running of the bar.
3. He / she ensures the smooth running of the bar
4. He / she should also be be skilled in serving alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons
5. He / she serve beer and wine make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktail

Requirements and Qualification
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role with 5-star lodge / camps
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Good customer care
• Positive interpersonal skills and and good listeners
• Ability to multitask and work well in high volume work environment
• Fluent in English
• Greet guests and who them where to sit
• Handle and assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: High School
