What you’ll do
- Assist in managing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services needed by various departments.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery timelines for required goods and services.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve procurement procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team, ensuring they adhere to best practices and purchasing policies.
- Contribute to budget planning and cost analysis, providing insights to senior management to ensure the department operates within budget.
What we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and collaborate with various internal teams.
- A strong work ethic, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
