Job Summary:
The Assistant Cost Controller supports the Cost Controller in managing and monitoring the organization’s costs and expenses. This includes analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring and controlling operational costs.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost efficiency.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile with financial records.
• Ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures.
• Support the Cost Controller in strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost records.
General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
