JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview.
This role is responsible for the general daily operations in the agronomy department. The position entails supervising, coordinating data, planning and developing basic training for local employees to maintain project’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise work of field supplier.
• Support and coordinate agronomical data gathering on field.
• Responsible for planning operational nursey and data full operational.
• Responsible for planning operational nursey.
• Qualify the local suppliers for agronomical items: Monitor and support qualification of local suppliers for agronomical items ensuring to keep track of palm oil operations.
• Execute basic training for local employee: Responsible to provide training and oversight to local employees.
• Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required by the organization.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor Degree in the related field. Masters will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 4 – 5 years of similar or related work experience, specifically in agronomical Local operations (with a focus on palm oil processing).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use logical or scientific thinking to solve complex problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
