JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview.
This role involves providing support to palm oil farmers and agricultural professionals to monitor and maintain palm oil production and soil health, preparing reports and documentation and providing general support to agronomy team and overall palm oil project operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support local data collection.
• Support and control interaction with local suppliers: Identify strategies to interact and coordinate with local suppliers to balance the supply and demand in the market, ensuring to keep track of product movement and to win customer’s or client’s desire.
• Support alignment with local partners to guarantee the palm oil project execution.
• Coordinate and lead the team and suppliers to guarantee the palm oil project execution.
• Trainee local employee in basic agronomical process: Responsible to provide trainings and oversight to local employees in basic agronomical processes.
• Support local supplier’s qualification: Monitor and support qualification of local suppliers for agronomical items ensuring to keep track of palm oil operations.
• Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required by the organization.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor Degree in the related field. Masters will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 4 – 5 years of similar or related work experience, specifically in agronomic operations (with a focus on palm oil processing).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use logical or scientific thinking to solve complex problems involving several abstract and concrete variables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
