JOB DETAILS:
• Reporting to the Project Manager, key responsibility is to ensure proactive planning, organizing, effective communication, smooth coordination and timely coordination of logistics (including fleet management and vaccine supplies to various locations) and delivery of project activities in close collaboration with the Project Manager, Chief Pharmacist, Community Coordinator, Government and other stakeholders. He/She ensures that the activities of the Project are being implemented according to approved work plans and budget. He/she will be responsible for creating work plans in consultation with the Project Manager, ensuring compliance and to identify and mitigate risks to achieve targets.

Education and Experience requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related fields • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project administration, logistics or procurement
• Strong admin and logistic experience and abilities to work closely and collaboratively with local staff.
• Energy, diplomacy, sound practical judgment and the ability to work independently without supervision
