Description:

This program is designed for graduates eager to gain business insights and contribute innovative ideas to enhance banking operations. Participants will undergo an 18-month structured program, including intensive training, coaching, and mentorship, with exposure to various functions within CRDB Bank to prepare for leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in rotational assignments across departments, receive on-the-job training, and develop skills in banking fundamentals, digital transformation, and leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025
• 28 years of age or younger
• Certified copies of Form Four, Form Six, and university certificates/transcripts
• Birth certificate
• Innovation-driven, ambitious, and tech-savvy
• Excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Additional qualifications (e.g., CPA (T), ACCA for finance roles; CISA for risk roles) are an advantage
