JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist in conducting quality inspections of imported goods;
• To assist in enforcing approved standards;
• To assist indrawing and submitting samples for laboratory analysis;
• To assist in receiving, interpreting and forwarding laboratory reports to clients;
• To advise importers/clients on TBS batch Certification schemes regulations and procedures;
• To assist in release of goods meeting the requirements of the relevant Tanzania or recognized approved standards;
• To maintain inspection records/data; and
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Diploma in Laboratory Technology, Laboratory Sciences and Technology or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
