JOB DETAILS:
Check-In Agent (6 Positions)
• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in an all-round airport handling operation with relevant experience in Passenger services.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in the airline industry or reputable ground handling company
• Professional appearance, as you will represent the airline to passengers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, decisive and proactive.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
