Duties And Responsibilities
• List incoming correspondence registers in the register (incoming correspondence register)
• Outgoing correspondence register
• Distribute files to Action Officers
• Receiving files for Action Officers
• Receiving files that return to the registry from Executives
• Returning files to racks/filling cabinets or other places where they are stored
• Monitoring the circulation of files within the Institute (file tracking)
Qualification And Experience
• Hiring someone who has graduated from Fourth Form (IV) or Sixth Form (VI) with a Diploma (NTA level 6) in one of the following fields; Record keeping, Bureaucracy Map (Cartography) or (Geoinformatics), Law from Universities recognized by the Government, computer literate.
