JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare training programs for farmers to use agricultural tools.
• To participate in teaching farmers and the best use of tools.
• Participating in making irrigation diagrams/maps.
• To participate in the construction of irrigation projects.
• Collaborate with certified technicians to teach farmers how to operate irrigation schemes.
• To collect data on irrigation projects.
• Participating in coordinating and providing irrigation services to irrigation groups as well as water use.
• To organize training/exhibitions on the use of agricultural products.
• To monitor training programs for working animals, tractor technicians and farmers on how to use animals and tractors.
• To teach farmers the construction of better structures.
• Dealing with quality of tools and advising importers and manufacturers accordingly.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed with a first degree (Bachelor Degree) in engineering with a major focus in the field of Irrigation Agriculture or Agricultural Tools from a University recognized by the Government.
