JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
- Insurance background and sales experience
- Familiarity with SMART Policy and TIRA Portal (added advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends
Compensation:
- Transport/Communication Allowance: TZS 50,000 per week
- Commission: 5% of sales (paid monthly)
