JOB DETAILS:
Kiboberry Limited produces fresh berries for export to the European Union. We embrace quality and sustainability through a joint effort with all our employees.

Kiboberry invites new individuals to join our amazing team in the following positions;

1. Crop Scout – 2 Positions
Job Category – Junior/ Entry Level
Reporting to – Cultivation Supervisor
Availability – Immediately

The Crop Scout is responsible for;
1. Inspection of fields for;
• Pests,
• Diseases,
• Nutrient deficiencies,
• Irrigation issues,
• Soil erosion and,
• Other environmental factors that can adversely affect crop production.
2. Monitoring crop production and identifying areas of improvement. This includes;
• Numbers of Flowers,
• Number of Fruits,
• Weight of fruits
• Branches of plant,
• Height of plant
3. The Crop Scout will collect data, take notes, and prepare detailed reports on their findings. They will also provide advice on best practices for improving crop health and yield.
4. Conduct Research and Trials on plant behavior and performance.

Skills & Attribute;
• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Crop Science etc.
• Passion for Farming (Green Fingers)
• Vast knowledge of crop pests and diseases
• Experience in the Horticultural Sector
• Analytical
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
