JOB DETAILS:
GAINI COMPANY LIMITED (GCL) is among the leading building materials suppliers in Lake Zone. GCL has branches in Dodoma and Dar-es-salaam. Company plans to expand to Southern Highlands – Mbeya and Northern Zone – Arusha.
GCL is looking for 10 experienced and talented cashiers c u m sales people and to join the highly performing team. The best candidate should possess the following qualities; highly performing and target oriented in order to increase company sales, portray highest level of integrity in handling cash and be a customer service oriented person.
Employment condition: FULL TERM
Location: MWANZA, DAR and DODOMA

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma on Degree in a business related course.
• 3 years experience is cash management, sales and or accounting from a private company dealing with building materials, general merchandise or any kind of trade.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Strong attention to accounting and customer management skills.
• Good MS Excel skills
• Female candidates and or with banking experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must be target oriented and mult tasked.
• Candidate must be of high integrity.

Job Description:
• Manage all cash and sales transactions.
• Manage customers relationships with aim of enhancing sales.
• Receive and manage cash from customers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual cash and sales reports.
• Reconcile accounts payables and receivables.
• Ensure timely bank deposits and payments
• Engage is company sales activities.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Advise management on stocks to purchase, re order levels and profitable venture to undertake.
• Any other activities that might be assigned by management.
Salary is negotiable on competitive basis.
