JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in human resources, a strong understanding of labor laws, and knowledge of HIRS (Human Resource Information Systems). Experience in industrial settings is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
• Support training and development programs
• Utilize HIRS for employee data management and reporting
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
