JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Mixologist to join our bar team. The Mixologist will be responsible for creating unique and high-quality cocktails while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cocktail Creation: Design and prepare innovative cocktails and specialty drinks that align with our menu and customer preferences.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations based on their tastes and preferences.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest mixology trends, cocktail recipes, and new drink offerings.
• Training: Assist in training bar staff on cocktail preparation, presentation, and service techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mixologist or advanced bartender with a solid knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.
• Creativity and a passion for the art of mixology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of bartending tools and equipment.
